Orders are accepted online only. After you complete your purchase, our team will prepare the items for shipment. Processing time is normally 1–3 business days. We do not accept payment or order instructions by telephone, post, fax or email.
Sales tax and duties
Where applicable, Canadian taxes will be applied to orders shipped to Canadian addresses. Taxes and duties for international shipments may be assessed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses in Canada and to the United States and Puerto Rico. Typical delivery estimates are 3–7 business days inside Canada and 5–10 business days to the United States after processing. Processing typically requires 1–3 business days before parcels leave our facility. If shipping charges or timelines vary from the information shown during checkout, we will notify you.
Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for items returned in unused or original condition. Customers pay return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed; please allow up to seven business days for the refund to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not charge restocking fees.
